At first sight it would appear that there were 91 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across the parkrun world this week, but in fact there were only 89. That is because Chris Jones and Tom Elcock did the seemingly impossible and ran two different parkruns in a day. They popped over to Copenhagen in Denmark to take advantage of an early 8am start at Amager Strandpark  due to a a big triathlon event using part of the run course the same morning, before then running at the nearby Amager Fælled parkrun with the usual 9am start. Chris Jones ran both in precisely the same time of 24:10. There were five other international Hyde Park Harrier parkrunners this week. Jane-Marie and Chris Bracchi and Debbie and Steve Brown were the first Hyde Park Harriers to run at Gdansk Poludnie parkrun in Poland and Michael Vargas turned up at Roma Pineto in Italy were he was first finisher in a time of 18:04.

There was one other first finisher – Adam Lomas at Ayr in a time of 19:04. There were nine PBs. These were by Jonathan Spain with 19:53 at Woodhouse Moor; Alys Griffiths with 25:52 at Pontefract; Tobias Adkins with 19:37 and Naomi Adkins with 27:11 at Roundhay; Simon Rogers with Wythenshaw; Bartosz Lewandowski with 24:09 at Cross Flatts; Manesha Chauhan with 27:09 at Canons Park; Gramem Miles with 21:03 at Fountains Abbey; and Clare Maxwell with 27:19 at Armley.

Joanne Lundgren and little Poppy Forwood both joined the parkrun 50 club with their runs at Woodhouse Moor as did Alison Pullan with her run at Heslington.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 67.22% by Naomi Kellett at Fountains Abbey and for the men was 76.16% by Gordon Crawford at Woodhouse Moor.
