Due to the ongoing pandemic, this information may change at short notice. Latest information on specific club sessions will be available to those using the Spond app. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email and through our “Members and Friends” Facebook Group. Small Group Club Sessions
We’ve had to make some changes to how our usual sessions work, in light of the ongoing pandemic. We are currently offering a variety of small group sessions, as detailed below.
These sessions are only available to first and second claim 2020/21/22 Hyde Park Harriers. To book a place on one of the sessions, please register via Spond and claim your place on the session of your choice. Please see our Membership Page for information on becoming a Hyde Park Harrier.

|Meanwood Valley Headtorch Trail Run(Group 1-3)||18:00||19:00||All Abilities||A guided trail run exploring the Meanwood Valley Trail. Routes may vary each week. Headtorches are mandatory and trail shoes are strongly advised. Prepare to get muddy!|
|Meanwood Valley Headtorch Trail Run (Group 4+)||18:00||19:00||Those comfortable running 5:51min/km or 9:25min/mile||A guided trail run exploring the Meanwood Valley Trail. Routes may vary each week. Headtorches are mandatory and trail shoes are strongly advised. Prepare to get muddy!|
|Kirkstall Hills (Group 1-3)||18:00||18:00||19:00||19:00||All Abilities||A warm up along Kirkstall Road, then up and down the famous 17 hills of Kirkstall. “Nothing builds running strength better than hills.”|

|Long Run||18:00||18:00||19:00||19:00||Varies – See Spond for each run details.||A guided long run avoiding any busy street. Route and pace specified by the group leader each week.|
|Cockshott Hills||–||–||19:00||–||All Abilities||A warm up along Armley ridge road then hill reps of Cockshott Lane. Hill reps are steep but spread out and everyone is encouraged to take it at their own pace.|
Information on Spond
As mentioned above, we are be limiting the number of people able who can attend the sessions according to the current EA and government guidelines. We also have the additional need to ensure we have a record of who has attended sessions, in order to honour the Track and Trace requirements for COVID-19.

Can I become a member?
Yes! We accept new members all year. New membership costs £40 for the year (April 2021 – March 2022) and includes a club vest.
Renewing member cost is £20 for the 21-22 season.
