There were 106 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across 34 different venues around the parkrun world this week. These included Andrew Nicholls who was back in Firenze (Florence), Italy to do his 14th parkrun there in a PB time of 22:28.
No Hyde Park Harriers boldly going where no Hyde Park Harrier has gone before this week, but 22 did try out a new course for themselves.
There was one first finishing Hyde Park Harrier – Caroline Young at Temple Newsam in a PB time of 23:13. There were 10 other PBs. These were by John Pratt with 19:08 and Deanna Howley with 31:28 at Woodhouse Moor; Matt Barton with 23:09 at Roundhay; John Blatherwick with 22:52 and Curtis Parker-Milnes with 24:19 at Temple Newsam; Tom Mason with 25:23 at Grangemoor; Sam Dooley with 31:43 at Middleton Woods; Kay Jefferies with 33:29 at Armley; Karly Newton in 31:43 at Potternewton; and Alys Griffiths in 23:45 at Alexandra.
Jonathan Spain and Ruth Norman joined the parkrun 50 club with their runs at Woodhouse Moor. Bev Miller reached 300 parkruns with her run at Rothwell.
Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 72.69% by Amy Young at Bakewell and for the men was 75.65% by Chris Jones at Morecambe Prom.
