Apperley Bridge Canter

Round 3 of the Off Road Championship saw 28 Harriers (13 men and 15 Ladies) taking on a new route at the Apperley Bridge Canter.

It was great to see lots of new faces out at this round and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

1st Harrier home in a very impressive 9th overall was George Anderson and he claimed his first points in the 2nd division.  Jack Rose who came home in 111th got 3rd in class points just behind Dan Donnelly and leads the division.

Scott Watson was 2nd home in 21st and continued his battle with Tom Pollard who was 27th.  These two have finished 1st and 2nd in the division at all 3 rounds so far.

Chris Smith came in 44th to take top points and his 1st in this years premier division.  James Vickers extended his lead at the top but had to work hard for his points having missed the start and Richard Edwards is up to 2nd.

1st lady home in 92nd was Monica Padilla, claiming her 2nd Premier division win in a row with Robin Culshaw again following her home in 2nd place.

Lucy Rider claimed top points in the 1st division on her appearance of the year with Lois Gardner picking up 2nd but Emma Amor continued her good start to the year and is leading after 3 rounds.

The 2nd division is being dominated by Honor Baldry who is new to the club this year.  Its been 3 wins from 3 for her so far.
