HPH parkrun Championships parkrunday 28

There were 53 Hyde Park Harrier out parkrunning at 12 different venues this week.

Despite many taking it easy ahead of the big Yorkshire races on Sunday, there were eight PBs. These were by Hilary Lund with 26:55, Michelle Hancocks with 27:14 & Diane Aykroyd with 36:27 at Brighouse; Jimmy Sheldon with 20:11 at Lyme Park; Anthony Aimon with 19:06 at Oxford; Matilda Rhodes with 25:04 at Sheffield Hallam; Scott Watson with 17:49 and First Finisher at Wetherby; and Monika Pugeviciute with 25:00 at Woodhouse Moor.

In addition Chris Jones equalled his best time with 20:13 and became the fastest VM60-64 at Cross Flatts.
