HPH parkrun Championships parkrunday 36

The HPH turnout was down across the parkrun world this weekend with just 46 Hyde Park Harriers parkrunning at 11 different venues. Storm Desmond was probably to blame with wet and windy conditions across much of the UK.

It didn’t stop six Hyde Park Harriers recording PBs. These were Laura Edwards with 30:29 at Bramley; Jaz Bangerh with 32:33 at Bushy; John Blatherwick with 22:47, Lucy Rider with 23:06 and Vicky Houghton with 27:17 at Cross Flatts; and Jimmy Sheldon with 20:46 at Roundhay.

We had two Hyde Park Harriers running north of the border this weekend. Jamie Dobson revisited Glasgow Pollok and Scott Watson was second finisher in his first visit to Camperdown parkrun in Dundee.
