Well the final John Carr race of the series and 27 Harriers (16 Ladies and 11 men) made the start, 7 of whom were at there first John Carr of the year. In total over the 3 races 28 ladies and 29 men have posted a time in the clubs road championship with there best time counting.
Fastest Harrier home for the 2nd week running was Michael Vargas who smashed last weeks time and also scored himself a new PB of 16.45 coming home in 16th overall.
Philip Goose continued his consistent running coming home next in 17.27 and 31st.
Robert Howard with 18.45, Mark Haddrill 19.38 and Matthew Armstrong also with a 19.38 managed nice new PBs.
There was a good time posted by James Booth on his first outing before Chris Jones continued his fine form with his 3rd sub 20 and then Graeme Miles was also able to ring the PB bell with a time of 19.49.
In the ladies Amy Young was in fine form for the 3rd race running claiming another PB this time in a time of 20.23.
Claire Booth posted her first time with a very strong 21.13 just ahead of Naomi Kellett who has had 3 strong races.
Clare Evans posted her fastest time of the 3 before Birthday girl Matilda Rhodes treated herself to a huge new PB of 22.47.
Jo Rhodes and Sara Scholes also posted PB’s and it was great to see Ruth Maltby out on her first race. Also really good to see Joan Kavanagh and Sue Smith do all 3 and get faster at each one.
