There were 54 HPH Women and 48 HPH Men out parkrunning across 41 different venues this week. No new venues were added to the HPH list this week. As usual the top venue was Woodhouse Moor where 36 HPH turned out and got to see the new memorial bench and tree to Rolf Neugebauer alongside the course.
There were five first finishing Hyde Park Harriers – all HPH women. These were Rebecca Gray in a PB time of 20:41 at Woodhouse Moor; Sarah Underwood in 23:10 at Dewsbury; Amy Ramsden-Young in 20:15 at Skipton; Cara Gates in 21:16 at Market Rasen Racecourse; and Anna Stocks in 22:30 at The Pastures.
It was also an excellent week for PBs with 10 more recorded. These were by WIlliam Watkins with 19:50 and Chloe Wilson with 25:38 at Woodhouse Moor; Jack Rose with 20:29 at York; Becky Webb with 32:14 at Lincoln; Karley Stringer with 28:21 at Rothwell; John Pratt with 20:03 at Roundhay; Matilda Rhodes with 28:04 at Skipton; Frazer Carr with 18:23 at Fountains Abbey; Sam Dooley with 25:10 at Bowling Park; and Poppy Forwood with 37:19 at Chevin Forest.
Monika Pugeviciute and Robin Culshaw both joined the parkrun 50 club with their runs at Wimbledon Common and Coventry respectively.
Top female Age Grade% was 73.42% by Amy Ramsden-Young at Skipton and top male Age Grade% was 73.92% by Gordon Crawford at Woodhouse Moor.
