This week there were 80 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across 15 different venues. Four new venues were added to the Hyde Park Harrier list as Andrew Nicholls ran at Canons Park, Amy Young ran at Portrush, Paul Farmery ran at the inaugural parkrun at Heslington near York and Michael Taylor ran at Rushmere Country Park, Leighton Buzzard where he was first finisher in a time of 19:10.

There were seven PBs. These were by Aron Hinds with 19:02, Tobias Adkins with 19:05, Cara Sass with 23:55, Alison Pullan with 24:28, and Alys Griffiths with 24:56 at Woodhouse Moor; Honor Baldry with 22:51 at Cross Flatts; and Lorna Midwood with 28:42 at Bramley.

Curtis Parker-Milnes celebrated joining the parkrun 100 club by running as a Roman Centurion (rather confusingly Roman Centurions actually commanded 80 men rather than the 100 the name would suggest – but you don’t get a parkrun club shirt for 80 parkruns) with his run at Leodis. Two Hyde Park Harriers hit the 200 mark on the day – Sue Smith with her run at Woodhouse Moor and Dan Waas with his run at Lincoln.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 68.73% by Amy Young at Portrush and for the men was 74.35% by Steve Rhodes at Bradford.
