parkrunday 16th September 2017 – Hyde Park Harriers

There were 56 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across 17 different venues this week. These included Liz and Chris Jones who turned out at the inaugural parkrun at Flatts Lane Woodland Country Park, Normanby, near Middlesbrough and Clare Evans who was not only the first Hyde Park Harrier to parkrun at Harlow but was also first female finisher in a time of 23:03. Chris Jones’ time of 23:58 was good enough to give him an Age Grade% of 67.52% and put him at the top of the VM60-64 performance table for Flatts Lane.

There were two PBs this week. These were by Andrew Maddock with 24:18 at Bradford and by Lorna Midwood with 26:57 at Brighouse.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 65.58% by Lizzie Coombes at South Manchester and for the men was 73.23% by Dan Donnelly at Woodhouse Moor.
