There were 57 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across 15 different venues this week. All were in the UK apart from Dan Donnelly who popped over to Dublin to run at St Anne’s Park. They also included Jason Newell who was the first Hyde Park Harrier to parkrun at Shipley Country Park near Heanor in Derbyshire.

There were two first finishers for Hyde Park Harriers this week. These were by Nichola Moreland with her run of 22:08 at Cross Flatts and by Tom Thomas with his run of 17:43 at Woodhouse Moor where he led from the start and also recorded a new PB. There were just three other PBs this week. These were by Lisa Prudhoe with 48:50 at Huddersfield; Chris Jones with 21:38 at Pendle; and Andrew Mitchell with 22:05 at Woodhouse Moor.

Lesley-Ann Donnell joined the parkrun 100 club and Phil Lindsay joined the parkrun 250 club – both running at Woodhouse Moor.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 66.87% by Nichola Moreland at Cross Flatts and for the men was 74.11% by Chris Jones at Pendle.

Just three Hyde Park Harriers turned out at Temple Newsam this week as it became the venue for July’s HPH parkrun championships. There are still four weeks to go in July though, so there are still plenty of opportunities to pick up a few points.
