For the last parkrunday before Christmas there were 95 Hyde Park Harriers our parkrunning across 34 different venues. These included Vikki Hawkins who popped up at Firenze (Florence) parkrun in Italy only to find another Hyde Park Harrier there – Andrew Nicholls. Com’è piccolo il mondo!

There were no first finishing Hyde Park Harriers but there were a whopping 11 PBs. These were by Robyn Johnson in 27:33 at Woodhouse Moor; Deanna Howley in 30:19 at Oldham; Sarah Underwood in 21:44 and James Underwood in 23:47 at Bedford; Gareth Jowett in 20:51 at Huddersfield; Mark Hadrill in 19:56 at Stewart; Laura Kettlewell in 26:03 at Temple Newsam; Vicky Houghton in 26:22 at Cliffe Castle; Graeme Miles in 23:23 and Naomi Kellett in 23:41 at Potternewton; and John Blatherwick in 21:02 at Alvaston.

There were no new Hyde Park Harrier parkrun club members this week, but Rob Heap moved up to 49 parkruns and Rafet Ongun and Susie Barrett moved up to 99.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 75.85% by Amy Young at Bakewell and for the men was 74.51% by Chris Jones at Millhouses.
