There were 96 Hyde Park Harriers out parkrunning across 31 different venues around the world this week. These included four new first time venues added to the Hyde Park Harriers’ list. In Ireland Sarah and James Underwood were the first Hyde Park Harriers to parkrun at Naas Racecourse southwest of Dublin and over in Poland Bartosz Lewandowski was the first one at Warszawa-Zoliborz. Up in Scotland Tom Elcock and Steve Milne added Lochore Meadows Country Park near Cowdenbeath; and Dan Waas added Livingston.

There were some speedy Hyde Park Harriers this week with three first finishers including a clean sweep at Cross Flatts – the May venue for the HPH parkrun Championships – where Clare Evans was first female finisher in a time of 21:53 and Phil Goose was first male finisher in a time of 17:43. Both were PBs. Over in Selby Alison Pullan was first female finisher in a time of 21:22 in her first run there. There were 16 other PBs. These were by Javier Cuartero with 18:51; Alys Griffiths with 23:48; Zeni Bellwood with 23:59; Jo Rhodes with 24:45; and Hanna Gul Ongun with 28:55 at Woodhouse Moor; Poppy Forwood with 48:27 at Pontefract; Lesley-Ann Donnell with 24:49 at Derry City; Cara Sass with 24:02 at Scunthorpe; Adam Sumnall with 20:27; Anna Stocks with 23:54; Laura Edwards with 25:46 and Lorna Midwood with 26:21 at Cross Flatts; Tobias Adkins with 19:14 and Naomi Adkins with 26:14 at Keswick; Honor Baldry with 24:35 at Parke; and Sam Dooley with 35:33 at Middleton Woods.

Top Age Grade% by the ladies was 69.27% by Alison Pullan at Selby and for the men was 75.04% by Andrew Nicholls at Huddersfield.
