There were 54 HPH Women and 49 HPH Men out parkrunning across 42 different venues this week. Twenty-five Hyde Park Harriers tried out a new parkrun course and amongst these one new course was added to the current HPH list – Maaraue in Wiesbaden, Germany by Tom Williams. This consists of a couple of laps around a campsite alongside the confluence of the rivers Rhine and it’s longest tributary the Main.
Two more Hyde Park Harriers made the parkrun Pilgrimage down to the home of parkrun at Bushy Park – Clare Maxwell and Lizzie Coombes.
There was one first finisher – Rupert Jordan in 17:06 on his first time at Clapham Common. There were six PBs. These were by Alison Hargreaves with 23:36 at Woodhouse Moor; Rob Riley with 18:11 at Norwich; Sam Dooley with 27:06 at Rothwell; Dylan Comyn with 23:36, and Hannah Sutton with 28:14 at Roundhay; and Tom Elcock with 22:21 at Nostell.
Alasdair Fellows joined the parkrun 25 club with his run at Woodhouse Moor and Jamie Ryan joined the parkrun 250 club with his run at Conyngham Hall.
Top female Age Grade% was 75.76% by Amy Ramsden-Young at Storeys Field and top male Age Grade% was 79.24% by Rupert Jordan at Clapham Common.
